Questions, problems, or feedback about Volata? We read everything.

The app can pre-fill a support email for you: Profile → Support & feedback. That includes your app version and iOS version automatically, which helps us help you faster.

If you're writing from outside the app, it helps to include:

Your iPhone model and iOS version
The app version (Profile → Legal & about)
What you were doing when the problem happened, and what you expected instead
A screenshot, if it's something visible

We're a small team in an invite-only beta — you'll hear back from a human, usually within a couple of days.

Privacy questions

Account deletion

You can delete your account directly in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. Deletion has a 14-day grace period during which signing back in cancels it.
